U-Pass is the Undergraduate program that allows all Undergraduates to ride free of charge on all Greater Cleveland RTA buses and rapid trains. The Undergraduate Student Government (USG) developed this program in the spring of 2001 and a vote of the student body approved the plan. A $25 activity fee is billed to each student each semester. CASE Access Services administers the program.
Passes are distributed at the beginning of the fall and spring semesters to all resident and commuter undergraduate students.
The passes provide an excellent way to get to and from the airport without fighting traffic or airport construction and parking. They also provide a great way to get to locations throughout the city where admission is free with CASE student ID cards. The website at

Replacement Upasses can be obtained at Access Services for a fee of $25.00 throughout the semester.
Spring 2008 passes for Case undergrads will be distributed in Access Services, Crawford (Hall Room 18) during regular office hours.
